Back in the dark ages of the web, I edited one of the first poetry ezines, Half-Drunk Muse (1999-2006). My own poems have appeared in Stirring, 2River View, Wicked Alice, and elsewhere.
I'm currently working on a Hamlet-meets-Robin Hood fantasy novel.
When I'm not writing, you can find me in the middle of nowhere, Washington, where I live with three cats, four too many pear trees, and a garden full of the world's most stubborn irises.
Contests
Longlisted for ProWritingAid's Novel Beginnings contest.
Appearances
Guest on Suzy Vadori's Show Don't Tell podcast, where she gives me some helpful advice on unpacking a dense scene in one of my works in progress.
